The LaProf consortium consists of institutions with wide and diverse expertise, which are able to address the full range of requirements for the implementation of the project and exploitation of the results:

a) a university that combines the expertise and background of an IT specialized institute with the experience from a Language Learning Department (JYU);

b) an SME that is the driving force behind a large network of teachers in the Baltics, and is constantly developing and reviewing a large number of learning resources that include a plethora of language learning ones (Miksike);

c) an SME that particularly focuses on developing technological platforms and services for the development of rural sectors (Agro-Know);

d) a higher and continuous education institution that focuses on the post-graduate and vocational training of agricultural professionals in a multicultural environment (MAICh);

e) a university with large experience on language learning and relevant pedagogies (PUT);

f) two user associations that have been delivering language learning services in the Romanian population of the Iasi region (EuroEd) and the Hungarian minority of the Harghita county of Romania (SEC);

g) one non-for-profit association that is promoting freely-available learning resources towards a network of teachers in the Baltics.

The LaProf consortium is structured in such a manner so that the active participation of user partners is facilitated by other partners in their regions or countries, which will help them follow up project developments, contribute to the identification of user needs and implement the project results in their organisations.
